These terms cover use of the marketing website at bedrocksafety.app and any free content here. Use of the Bedrock Safety product itself is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed between Bedrock Safety and the Customer organization. If you’re an end user (a foreman, safety manager, or office staff at a Customer company), your use of the product is governed by your employer’s agreement, not by these site terms.

2. Use of this website

You may browse the marketing site and submit a demo request. You may not scrape, frame, or rehost this site’s content. You may quote from it for fair-use commentary or analysis.

3. No warranties on marketing content

We describe what the product does and what we believe it’s good for. The marketing site is not a legal commitment to specific features. The actual feature set under a paid contract is what’s written in the Master Services Agreement and the current product documentation.

4. Trademarks

"Bedrock Safety" and the Bedrock wordmark are trademarks of Bedrock Safety. Other names referenced on this site (Captive Resources, Granite, Procore, OSHA, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. References to those names on this site are descriptive, not implications of endorsement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" without warranty. Bedrock Safety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
